Closings with Elvis!

Who say’s closings have to be boring?  Not when you are selling Elvis’s house and not when you choose to work with my group, that’s for darn sure!  Folks, I introduce to you, Clint (aka. “Elvis”) and Lisa White.  They are dear friends of my mom’s from the Grapevine Opry.  The White’s were like many empty nester’s.  That thing that some call a second floor attached to your home?  Well, they simply weren’t using it!  So they called us to help them seller that home in Hurst, TX.

And sell it we did!  I was able to get it under contract for full price while it was still COMING SOON!  And even better, it was to a CASH BUYER so NO financing contingencies or appraisers or underwriters to deal with.  That’s called winning  my blog reader friends!

So here’s where the plot thickens for Elvis and his wife.  After selling their house, they secured a 12 month lease on an apartment.  You know, to live simple and light.  A “low maintenance” sort of lifestyle that many empty nesters seek.

Well… let’s just say that apparently Elvis doesn’t like to be all cooped up in an apartment and so within about 30 days (or possibly less), Elvis and his wife were buying a nice single story home on 1 acre with a pool (the King has to have a pool you know) out in Haslet, Texas.  Enter the picture below for that closing:

Now my mother, Teri Rhodes, should actually be in the above picture as she was the wizard real estate agent that helped Elvis and his wife find and contract on their new beautiful home, but she was unfortunately out of town for a family emergency.  Great work with the White’s mom as below is their testimonial:
