So happy for this Fort Worth police officers family! We met through the #daveramsey program where they wanted to build a new, larger home for their growing family. That home is set to be completed in September of 2021. But for now, they needed to sell their home first.
They have 3 young kiddos, and the wife is studying at home for a nursing degree. So needless to say, they are a bit busy (and cramped in this smaller house)!
The very first weekend on the market we had over 20 showings, a lost front door key and 6 AMAZING offers came in!! And now we are a little over a week from closing!! #excitedfortheseclients
