Closings are always great with Great people! The above (Mr. and Mrs. Huseby) found my team and I through the Dave Ramsey “find a realtor” program that he runs. Mike’s mother had passed many years ago, and he had been renting out her North Richland Hills home as an income producing property for many years. He and his wife decided that it was time to sell it, and I have to be honest… it was in pretty rough condition as the last tenant hadn’t left it in great shape. We devised a plan to “as-is” marketing plan and in 11 days we were under contract with our buyer!

Mr. and Mrs. Teague found us through Realtor.com. They interviewed a few teams and ultimately, decided to partner with us. It was a lot of fun working for and with the Teague’s. They told me that their real estate transactions always have a lot of trouble, but not this time around! I was able to get it sold in short 4 days, for full price and with 5 weeks after closing for them to move out. I’d say things went pretty great!
