Not All Home Sell Fast!

SOLD! 130 Nicholas Way, Decatur, TX! 419 days. That’s how long this one took from list to close — long enough that I’m pretty sure the sellers and I are basically family at this point.

This custom-built beauty out in the Estates of Bison Creek on 7+ gorgeous acres deserved the right buyer, and we finally found them! Huge congrats to my sellers who hung in there through every twist, turn, and “just a little more patience” pep talk. Your persistence paid off!

To anyone out there wondering if their home will ever sell — it will. Sometimes it just takes the right buyer, a lot of coffee, and a Realtor who refuses to quit.

Repeat Client’s Head to the Beaches of Florida!

Fun Closing Alert!! WAY back in April 2017, Clint and Lisa White sold their N. Richland Hills home and bought a new home on acreage in Haslet working with me and my mom (my mom is the one pictured in the 2017 picture with the hula skirt on). Fast forward to 2026 and now life calls The Whites to the beaches of Florida near Daytona Beach!

We were blessed to get their home under contract in 19 days, and we are now closed and sold as they drive to their new home in Florida!

It is a bit bittersweet for me as they are such great people and clients that I love having them here in Texas, but it’s exciting to see where their new life takes them!! All the best you two! And thanks to the team at Integrity Land Title in Fort Worth for handling both of the transactions separated by a mere 9 years!
